A bit about me…

Welcome, I'm Alaine, the Massage therapist behind RejuVANate Massage

“Taking time to reconnect with yourself isn't a luxury—it's an important part of maintaining your health, vitality, and overall wellbeing”

I believe massage is so much more than easing sore muscles—it's about helping you feel more at home in your body.

My treatment space is a sanctuary where you can slow down, breathe, and let go of physical tension, emotional stress, and the things that are often difficult to put into words. Every treatment is guided by presence, intention, and genuine care, creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and deeply listened to.

Health and wellbeing are at the heart of everything I do. I believe staying connected to every part of yourself—especially during life's busiest and most overwhelming seasons—is essential for maintaining balance and vitality. My approach is holistic, recognising that every system within the body is connected, and I tailor each treatment to meet your individual needs.

What to Expect

Every massage begins with a conversation. I take the time to understand how you're feeling, what your body is asking for, and what you'd like to achieve from your treatment. Whether you're experiencing persistent pain, recovering from physical strain, navigating pregnancy, or simply needing time to rest, your massage is tailored specifically to you.

Throughout your treatment, I work intuitively while drawing on remedial massage techniques to address areas of tension, improve movement, and encourage your body's natural healing processes. You'll never be rushed, and I always check in to ensure the pressure and approach feel right for you.

My intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected to your body—with greater ease of movement, a quieter mind, and practical advice where appropriate to help you continue feeling your best between treatments.

For me, massage isn't simply a treatment—it's an opportunity to restore balance, create space for healing, and support your wellbeing long after you leave the treatment room.
